S.J. Asia (SIANG JI ASIA SAUCE CO., LTD) is a Taiwan-based sauce company that specializes in manufacturing the classic Spicy Hot Pot Sauce. Besides its distinguish spicy hot pot sauce, S.J. Asia also provides a wide range of Sichuan culinary sauces with its unique and original recipes. The company name “SIANG JI” is the meaning of passion for supplying enjoyable and remarkable Sichuan flavor products to the industry in the fast-moving food trend. The enterprise is established in 1999, starting with making tradition Asian condiments and spices to now become a globally certified processing factory. With more than 20 years of experience in the food industry, S.J. Asia is known for its innovative products with high-quality ingredients which have grown into a reliable supplier in the foodservice industry.

The founder of S.J. Asia, Chia Hung Lee, is a former chef that specializes in authentic Sichuan-style dishes and with 30 years of culinary experience before the manufacturing business. Mr. Lee started his apprenticeship at the age of 12 and has begun his culinary journey ever since. As a result, his talent and the operational experience become a fundamental factor of his trendsetting products that benefit the foodservice venue profoundly. These trendsetting products not only present complex flavors but also recreate the authentic and exquisite taste of Sichuan classic dishes in the simplest cooking method.

In the profound history of Sichuan cuisine, it is known for its spiciness and heavily seasoned flavor with a tongue-numbing aftertaste among all the four major cuisines in China. Under the inspiration of Sichuan flavor, the invention of “Spicy Hot Pot Sauce” – A recipe of premium ingredients and spices that are designed to reconstitute into a divine and flavorsome broth, becomes an essential product for the hot pot chain industry. Over the years, S.J. Asia continues to develop other distinctive sauces such as Scallop XO sauce and Chili Poached Sauce to extend its product line and variety to become a well-rounded foodservice provider in Taiwan.
