The founder of S.J. Asia, Chia Hung Lee, is a former chef that specializes in authentic Sichuan-style dishes and with 30 years of culinary experience before the manufacturing business. Mr. Lee started his apprenticeship at the age of 12 and has begun his culinary journey ever since. As a result, his talent and the operational experience become a fundamental factor of his trendsetting products that benefit the foodservice venue profoundly.
