Steam Cod with Soybean Crunch

Introduction

Seasoned soybean crunch spread on top of steam codfish, the nutty flavor of the soybean brings and enhances the umami taste in seafood

Steps

  1. Steam unseasoned cod fish till its fully cooked and set aside
  2. Heat oil until surface shimmers then stir-fry ginger and garlic with S.J. Chili Bean Sauce
  3. Add S.J. Soybean Crunch, sugar and sesame oil to Step 2 and stir-fry till its crispy
  4. Pour the finished sauce over the steamed cod fish and sprinkle green onions before serve
