Fried Rice with XO Sauce

Introduction

Light spicy seafood sauce with a profound umami flavor which increases the complexity of an ordinary fried rice

Steps

  1. Heat oil until surface shimmers then add egg and scrambled it.
  2. Add chopped onions and chopped garlic into Step 1 and stir-fry for 30 seconds
  3. Add rice and S.J. Scallop XO Sauce to Step 2 and cook until light golden color
  4. Sprinkle green onions over the top before serve
