Introduction

Siang Ji twist on the Sichuan Style Mouthwatering Chicken - A perfect appetizing chicken cold dish drizzles with a sweet, salty taste combining with a light spicy kick dressing. Every bite is filled with a nutty flavor and crunchiness from the sesame.

Steps

  1. Shred poached or roasted chicken into a bowl
  2. Dissolve peanut butter into warm water then mix it with chicken broth as the dressing base
  3. Add other ingredients into Step 2 and mix it evenly
  4. Drizzle and mix the finished dressing with the shredded chicken. Sprinkle cilantro over the top before serve
