Introduction

Siang Ji twist on the Sichuan Style Mouthwatering Chicken - A perfect appetizing chicken cold dish drizzles with a sweet, salty taste combining with a light spicy kick dressing. Every bite is filled with a nutty flavor and crunchiness from the sesame.
Main Ingredient
Shredded Chicken 800g
Main Dressing
S.J. Crispy Chili Sesame Sauce 50g, Peanut Butter 5g, Warm Water 10ml, Chicken Stock 20ml
Other Ingredient
S.J. Red Chili Oil 10ml, S.J. Sichuan Peppercorn Oil 10ml, Sugar 20g, Vinegar 10ml, Chopped Garlic 10g, Thick Soy Sauce 15g, White sesame 5g, Cilantro 1g

Steps

  1. Shred poached or roasted chicken into a bowl
  2. Dissolve peanut butter into warm water then mix it with chicken broth as the dressing base
  3. Add other ingredients into Step 2 and mix it evenly
  4. Drizzle and mix the finished dressing with the shredded chicken. Sprinkle cilantro over the top before serve
