Spicy Wonton

Introduction

Traditional homemade, small-bite food among every Chinese household. Silky little dumplings filled with pork or shrimp drowned in Siang Ji red chili oil, soy sauce and other spices.

Steps

  1. Poach wonton in boiling water for 2-3 min then drain and set aside
  2. Combine all the other listed ingredients for dressing and mix it with wonton
  3. Sprinkle green onions over the top before serve
