Wood Ear Mushroom Salad

Introduction

An earthly and zinging aftertaste combining with vinaigrette dressing on a healthy summer mushroom salad

Steps

  1. Soak dry wood ear mushrooms in water till hydrated (15-20 min).
  2. Drain and blanch with boiling water for 2 min. Drain again and let cool
  3. Combine all the other listed ingredients for dressing and mix it with wood ear mushroom
  4. Chill for 1hr and sprinkle green onions over the top before serve
